Return & Exchange Window
All items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• With original tags and labels attached

• Returned in the original packaging
  Note: Please contact our support team first to obtain the correct return/exchange address.

Return & Exchange Steps

1. Email bjkuwn7835488@outlook.com to request the return address and instructions.

2. Repackage the items as instructed and ship them to the provided address.

3. Finalization:

   • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

   • Exchanges: After approval, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation

• If your order has not yet been shipped: You may request cancellation by email. Please note that orders are processed quickly, often within hours.

• If your order has already been shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process outlined above.
